We’re a boutique search firm based in Bangalore, but hold on—don’t picture a stiff, corporate office with endless coffee breaks and pointless meetings.

Nope. We swapped that for a remote-friendly setup because, let’s be honest, great hires don’t just happen under fluorescent lights.

Our team works from wherever they feel most productive—be it a café, a co-working space, or their couch (occasionally sharing screen time with a very judgmental cat).

Founder

Korah had been in recruitment long enough to smell a good hire from a mile away.

But the industry often felt too transactional, more of a rat race, about ticking boxes than actually finding the right people. It lacked personal touch. He wanted to do things differently.

And so, he did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Co-Founder

Roose had a successful corporate career before deciding to step away.

She had no plans of making a comeback, but, well, we are happy that she did.

That’s Roose for you and before she knew it, she was co-building something new.
